Mission Statement: To acquire, develop and manage income properties in the New England Region. All properties, at their potential, should be of good, sound condition and be located in moderately to highly desirable areas. The properties shall have a good economic return to the investors, and shall represent a good product for the resident or purchaser. The largest concentration of properties shall be residential apartment units.

Services for residents of Heritage Properties: Heritage Properties is a professional property management company. Our Corporate Office is located at 1201 Westford Street and our Property Management and Leasing professionals are located at offices at our apartment communities. Our site offices are open Monday through Saturday.

All our staff is well trained, and most of them continue their education with courses and seminars through various professional organizations. Many of our Property Managers are certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as Accredited Residential Managers ©. Our properties are well maintained, and many have been in our portfolio for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in providing excellent service and value to our residents. Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7 to deal with any emergencies that arise.

What to Expect: Prospective residents will find our properties to be some of the best in the Merrimack Valley. We pride ourselves on the curb appeal, functionality, and condition of our properties. We are committed to high standards and excellent service. We have full-time property managers, maintenance staff, and on-call staff and subcontractors to take care of emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Leasing staff is available Monday through Saturday from 10:00am to 6:30pm to show you our product
