History

Heritage Properties is a real estate development and management company founded in Lowell, Massachusetts in 1978. The company, its affiliates, its principals, and its key staff manages 1300 apartments. We have also developed and built over 350 homes, and have renovated millions of dollars worth of commercial and multi-family buildings. Heritage Properties is committed to providing a great product and outstanding service to its customers and an excellent working environment for its staff. The company was founded on the belief that there would always be demand for quality housing that is well managed and well maintained. The original two families that started the company still own the company and control management at all sites. Many of the properties in our portfolio have been managed by us for 15 to 30 years, including the first property on Lakeview Ave.
